PFC is the first group I've ever been involved in. I'm not a political person or an activist. I tried but didn't gel with other climate movements I joined, because their concerns weren't my concerns. PFC is a movement that attracts people like me and lets us talk to parents and politicians in ways they can empathise with. Since starting up the group in Western Sydney last year we've met 1 local councillor and 2 state MPs in person. We've built a small but growing community of like-minded parents out here, and we're excited for what the future holds for the group.”
