March for Forests

STAND FOR FORESTS THIS MARCH!!!

Wooditchup Bilya, Margaret River, will be taking part in the nationwide march for forests in March organised by the Bob Brown Foundation.

The Margaret River Youth Climate Collective, Parents for Climate MR and the Action and Resilience Collective invite you to join ordinary people across the continent demanding protection for our trees.

Although native forest logging has ended in WA, our beautiful forests are still under threat. From urban sprawl, to the mining machines of Alcoa to destructive prescribed burns.

We will gather on Wadandi Boodja at 11am in Reuther Park (at the top of town) for speakers and live music before marching down the Main Street.
