Open to all, this interactive workshop explores how power operates, how change happens, and how communities can organise collectively to shift systems and influence decision-making. Together, we’ll map relationships, identify key decision-makers, allies, and pressure points, and explore practical strategies for building people power.
The tools and frameworks that we’ll explore in this session can be applied to any campaign, issue, or community initiative - from environmental and social justice campaigns to local grassroots action. Whether you’re new to organising or already active in advocacy, this workshop is a chance to build skills, connect with others, and strengthen our collective capacity to create change.
As a focus for this session, we will be collaborating with Parents for Climate MR to contribute to their 'Woodside out of Nippers' campaign, as they join state-wide efforts to Dump Woodside (more details can be found here https://www.dumpwoodside.com/).
All welcome!
