Parents for Climate (Perth) will be holding a relaxed coffee morning at Bridget’s Bakehouse on Sunday, February 22nd at 9am.
If you sometimes find yourself worrying about climate change and wondering what you can do, you’re not alone. Come connect with other parents, carers, and grandparents who want to help create a safe climate for our kids and grandkids — one conversation, one coffee, and one small action at a time.
Kids are absolutely welcome, and we’ll have two simple, fun activities:
Adopt-a-Leaf Craft – Children can choose a leaf, add googly eyes, give it a name, and create a tiny nature friend to bring home.
Tiny Acts of Hope Swap – Bring one small sustainable item to share (a plant cutting, homemade snack, a jar, a beeswax wrap, a favourite eco tip written on a card — whatever feels right). Take home something that inspires you.It’s a gentle, welcoming space to meet like-minded families, share ideas, and feel part of a growing community of climate-conscious parents.
