Join us for a kids' clothes and toy swap at the Blue Mountains Sustainability Festival, which is a day dedicated to sustainable living with lots of events happening across Leura and Katoomba on Sat Sept 28th. Our swap will be in the entrance/foyer area of the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, Katoomba.
Bring the items that your children have grown out of and go home with new (to you!) pre-loved clothing and toys. Less shopping, more swapping. Save money and reduce your consumption and waste of kids' clothes and toys. ALL WELCOME!
How it works? Bring up to 10 good quality clothing items and/or up to 10 good quality toys. Please bring clothing items to swap that are suited to the spring weather (i.e., no thick winter clothing for this swap). If you don't have anything to swap, no worries. Please come along and take home some items - we often end up with lots of stuff!
We do accept donations for clothing and toys, especially clothing sized 1-3 years, and good quality books and arts materials.
This is a FREE child-friendly event. The event is part of Blue Mountains Sustainability Festival on Saturday Sept 28th, which has events all day across Leura and Katoomba: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61563514042618
We acknowledge that we live, work and care on unceded Darug and Gundungurra lands. This always was and always will be First Nations land.
Thank you to Blue Mountains City Council for supporting our climate action.
