With close to a decade of experience in philanthropy and environmental advocacy along with a background in primary school education, Nina brings a deep commitment to building the relationships and resources needed to drive meaningful climate action. As Development Director at Parents for Climate, she leads national philanthropy and partnership strategies, working closely with donors and partners to accelerate solutions that support families and protect the future for the next generation.

Nina has previously worked for the Australian Conservation Foundation, Queensland Conservation Council and the Karrkad Kanjdji Trust leading major donor engagement and built trusted, values-driven partnerships to support environmental conservation and climate initiatives. Her work has been grounded in elevating First Nations leadership and ensuring that giving contributes to the protection of Australia’s extraordinary ecosystems and cultural heritage.

“Parents for Climate have a unique and powerful role to play in shaping the future. When we come together; through our voices, our choices and our communities, we can drive the kind of change our children need and deserve. Being part of a movement like Parents for Climate gives me hope, and I’m excited to help grow that impact alongside families across Australia.”

A proud mum, Nina loves spending time outdoors with her family, swimming, connecting with nature and instilling a sense of care and responsibility for the environment.
